I used to hallucinate both auditory and visual all the time. I don't so much anymore but I don't know if it's because I'm stable now or because the hallucinations were bothering me so much that I did something about them. I decided if I thought I might be hallucinating I'd just assume I was until there was proof whatever I saw or heard was actually happening. It helped get rid of the anxiety associated with the hallucinations so now even though I still have them they don't bother me as much.
