you said she has attempted suicide once, so she has suicidal tendencies......i do not diagnose i am not liscenced to diagnose but it looks to me that all these signs and what she is saying of her cry out for help! i know the silent cries, and wishing someone can hear me but not wanting to admit it myself. i know of all the times that i have OD it was from not caring for my body and wanting to give up taking it to the limit, feeling of worthlessness, and finding no hope or help, i felt a lost cause.
