Seeing my T three nights in a row has been helpful.
I sobbed so hard tonight..so unlike me.
But, I am purging my sould. Broken heart, wounds from my childhood....
Need it to all fly out.
T said she will promise to never leave me...and I have to in return promise her I will stay alive.
She promised to help navigate me all the way!
