You have come to the right place for understanding. What you have said made so much sense to me. It is exactly how I have felt and still do sometimes. How do you fight something that is in your head? What a good question. There is a variety of things. Therapy to begin with. I also know what it is like to be "ok" one day and the next day "not ok". It is almost like life as you knew it is over. It is a scary place to be, I so understand. We are here for you. Please keep posting.
