There may be changes and there may not be. I think with every medication there are changes that you will notice. Like when they took me off all my meds in the hospital...there were definite changes that I noticed. Let's just say I'm glad I was in the hospital when they did change my meds, but I was in really bad shape and my meds weren't really working at all so I guess it didn't really matter for me.
