i go crazy,.....i have somewhat a handle on my surroundings at home...but not when i am not at home. i need to control what happens in the future (impossible) but at least at home i am somewhat safe. I learned there are rules when i travel, lets say when i go to see my partners family wich i did back in august. If i take aplane i have to have a rental car.
Very crusial a rental car, because i need 15-20 to get away each day by myslef whether it's a trip to the store to get a soda or just a drive around. it is my time and boy after dealing with so many personalities, i frigin need it.
I wake up earlier than everyone and go for a walk and listen to music or just sounds, that is also MY time because i can chill, i have to be constantly surrounded with loud moises and loud people and lots of commotion. so i drink my coffee and walk!
Same when you take a shower, enjoy every minute you get in the bathroom alone.
Go to bed a little earlier than you usually do (you will be exhausted anyways from long days) but if you find yourself not tired, this time will help you wind down and just zone out or read a magazine or book.
Take 5 minute breatheres throught the day if you can, if you can't walk off for a second take a few deep breaths and say I CAN DO THIS I CAN DO THIS! shake it off and get back in there.
plane's i get double ear infections when i fly and my doctors say just don't do it anymore, but when i did fly ativan...was the only thing that made me ok with everything.
