It has only been a few days, but the cuts that they used the dermabond on are healing nicely. There is nothing they could really do for the slash in my nose, nor the bruising. It is my nose that hurts the most. I am very lucky, he came very close to my eye. It could have been much worse!
I don't know what is going on with the cat. He was jumpy all weekend, this is very unlike him. The only other time he acted like this is when he was accidentally caught in a live trap. Perhaps that is what happened again. Last time the only reason that the person setting traps came forward was because he'd injured the cat.
I told the son that is leaving that he'd better save the pictures. When he is talking with his military buddies next year there is no way anyone could believe that his all happened to one family, let alone in one weekend.
