TimeO, you don't know what's going on with her life. She could have gotten busy or maybe she felt too vulnerable with you or maybe she woke up the next day and decided she didn't feel so bad after all and went on with her life.
Her computer could have broken or maybe she met this fab guy whom she's been very busy with.
I don't think you should worry too much about it.
