Wow! How true that growing is painful. I particularly like "blooming's a *****", there is that saying "...and then the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to bloom." I've always kind of liked it, so your comment was perfect.

I was just whining to my t about hating the feeling of weakness and dependency on therapy and on him. He said similar stuff, that it's not weakness or dependency, it's growing and getting stronger and healthier. That it's not the weak people that go into therapy. It takes strength and courage to decide to face your life and yourself, to want to work on those things, so we are the courageous ones.

Makes working through the pain a bit better to take.
