By the way... if you have a FB account and would like to be my friend, just let me know.

Miracle,
I have been on FB for almost 5 years and I can honestly say it has been hard to fight off addiction to it. FB has caused me more stress than I care to admit but it has allowed me to reconnect with old friends and build new friendships that I value. At a high, because of my job with a university, I had more than 1500 "friends." Now I am down to a little over 200 but that is still too many. I have tried deleting some of them but they keep coming back.
That said, be careful. Do not let FB become a tool for self medicating or an excuse for losing touch with those who can offer you support and encouragement like the people on here. Like many things in life, FB can be really good in moderation.
Peace, and happy new year!
KD
