Googley, I am sorry you have a rough session last time. I know how hard it can be to confront T (or other people) with the things that bother us but I think it is important to do it especially if you are harboring anger. Pushing anger side never seems to lead to good things. It inadvertently creeps up on you later. I think therapy is just the place where you should be able to bring up the things that bother you and be able to resolve them in a positive way.
