I'm sorry you're angry with your T about your last session. I think the best policy is always to be honest with your T, otherwise why are you going? If you're angry, it's important to discuss it, especially why you got mad and defensive. Does that happen outside of therapy with others, too? I think it will be very productive to discuss your angry feelings towards your T even if it will be difficult.
