Yes I think you are right there has been a whole lot of manipulation going on by a friend and when I try very hard to do the things she wants from me and don't get quite get the results she desires, she overwhelms me and makes me feel so worthless .

I have never responded like this before and you are probabley right it has been building up and was triggered by her emotional abuse.
