I have a strong sense of smell. And I don't normally like the scent of my husband. I have heard that certain mentally interesting people have a particular smell to them, and that a practiced pdoc could almost diagnose by that smell. It's not a pleasant one. But I do like the smell of some people. I think most of my kids smell good to me, except the one that doesn't bath right and does not use deoderant. The youngest had a particular oder during the teen years, taken care of by quick gifts of deoderant, found mom wasn't buying it for them, or shampoo ect. These were my stepkids. Other two smelled fine. I have six kids, four step and two of my own. My son who is autistic sometimes does have a bad oder to him, but not allways. I have clients at work who smell people when they come in. My son smells people all the time, in a guise of a hug he will smell your hair.
