or before you ask how to pray for someone or something that is not in that section of prayers called: "Help" or "Good Lord" or "Good Heavens" or all the other similar exclamation that happen automatically, I find I am almost always praying for protection on my own internal family members and external close ones, family, friends etc. 
For us it opens a door to be able to see how to view where we ourselves are at and how to separate the prayer we are praying for ourself or for someone or somethng else. Ensuring safety and protection for all.
I am not sure why this is important to say right now.
