Is this what your therapy looks like to you? If it is I am very sad and scared for you. I think you should put a trigger warning on this one, KP.
I'm not sure who made this or what the purpose was but it is very dark and shows a type of representation of DID that is very stigmatizing. I don't think the film makers know much about DID/Multiple Personality to represent it this way. It looks like a movie from the 1940 or 50s.
Sorry you had to find this clip at a time when you are struggling so much.
