I don't know why you feel you have to move out. I would get my schooling out of the way, study hard to get good grades/perhaps scholarships for college, and spend the next year or two planning and saving so when I did move out for college, I'd have everything in place.

Working and going to school is extremely hard, especially when you're younger/in high school and you want to do your best now so you can get in whatever college program you'd like. Once you're in college, it is a little easier to schedule things so you can work a bit and also take the courses you want. Then you won't have to ask permission of anyone.
