I got an email from her again this morning and even thought it was pretty harmless the thought of having to respond to it started me going again not as bad as yesterday but still sobbing and being short of breath and feeling sort of dazed.

I wish I could get away from her but we co-own a dog that I show at dog shows and I can't do anything with it without her signature. I am going to try and buy her out but am frightened of what the outcome may bring, so it will be complecated to untangle myself from the relationship, but thanks so much to those of you who have posted you have been a big help.
