thank you everyone for what you said !!! I woke up shamefully late. So late I would not even admit the time. But I did make some more ornaments. I still am sending out packages. my ornaments are meant to be kept out all year long, if someone choses. They are more decor than they are christmas ornaments. So I forced myself to do that. I watered plants. And I did my best to try not to have panic attacks. I started my new years resolution. To force myself ( yet again ) to meditate. Thank you Sundog and everyone.
