corn.....fruit JUICE , so much of what you are eating seems healthy but with a GI problem isn't PLEASE IF YOU cannot afford a dietican GOOGLE BLAND DIET and slowly add foods to see what triggers your tummy...Fats like in eggs benadict WILL give someone with GI issues the runs
BTW fruits and veggies do NOT constipate they are high in fiber they make things move ...CORN is very high fiber and not digested well thats why you always hear in jokes on corn in poop
