Coffee and tea are normally stimulating.
And they are often associated with smoking.
For example, did you smoke and drink them together?
They actually may be triggering you, then.
Try drinking lots of cold water.
And whenever you get a craving,
change what you are doing.
If you're sitting,
get up and do something.
If you're cleaning the bedroom,
go do some dishes or scrub the toilet.
If you're just hanging around relaxing,
Go out for a run, o start exercising.
The whole point here is,
when we change what we're doing,
We change what we're thinking.
The cravings *will* go away
once we are involved in another activity.
And always remember the four D's.
