Ah, depression. I wish I understood my own. Oh, I've lots of data and speculation, and am aware of some of the theories the experts bandy about, but, in the end, it remains mysterious.
I wonder, if I knew the reason or reasons, would I then be able to resolve the illness? Some knowledge isn't all that actionable.
As far as possible,
observe and record this depressive episode. Perhaps, after it lifts, you and your caretakers can make some sense of what happened.
May it lift quickly.
