I quit in 3 days on it a couple of years ago and stopped taking the pills after about a month. my advise is keeping taking them for a little while though after you quit. I started back! argh! the dreams I had were pretty cool though! not bad ones. other than that no problems. I wish my insurance would pay for them again!
