I was using canned air to clean the dust out of my notebook this morning... and without thinking I turned the can upside down to better spray the notebook sitting on it's side... and yep the wet stuff came out into the computer! It immediately began "smoking"

I shut it down immediately, pulled the battery and power cord both... and watched it continue burn off the wet.

I went away from it for several minutes, giving it air. . . and then turned it back on. A few more breath-holding minutes and the message I received was that this computer could not be repaired automatically...if you recently added an element, remove it and turn the computer back on.

Well...ahem... I knew what I had done. (Though I did get a lot of dust out of the computer.) I turned the computer back off.

SO then I did what you all would know me to do, I prayed. God knows I'm not perfect and in my disabling way often mess up this way. I asked His hand on this, to fix what I had, once again, ruined. Then I said Thank You.

I turned the computer back on, remembering times when God answered just such prayers (my washer/dryer won't work unless first asked for help, the dishwasher quit and the prayer worked...countless more things/times...) and believing He just might help me again.... and.....

IT LOADED UP JUST FINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was giddy with the joy that only answered prayer can give!

I still am.
