hello everyone ... ive been away for a while because i was scared that i was being hudged by some of the posts that i wrote ! but now i know that that was all in my head.....
ive have a few bad weeks lately but i hope im starting to turn the corner, ( only time will tell ) i have tried to harm myself again so im off work, but being this close to xmas im scared that my kids will suffer for my disorder.
ive also been having some scary dreams that feel so real, they are allways the same thing ... tellong me when ,where and how i will die ..they feel that real that im to scared to go to sleep when my wife is working night shift.
but as i said im glad to be back and im not scared now to write whats on my mind anymore <<<<<<<<<<<<everyone>>>>>>>>>>>
