I really do care and hope you do not hit a vein or anything. I hope that you will try to find some other way to deal with everything going on than just cutting yourself up. I know it's very hard to not cut, but at least try.

What I try to do is to keep my hands very busy doing anything...cleaning, typing, crafts, writing, anything.
