I take Trazondone ans Remeron for sleep. Trazadone is an antidepressant that has sedating effects Remeron is also an antidepressant thats sedating. I also take an anxiety med at night called Buspar and I take Propananol (a blood pressure med) for anxiety. I take them all at night along with Zyprexa which also helps you sleep. I know its a lot of meds but it works for me.

I've tried the 5 hour energy drinks. They don't work for me. Coffee never works for me. I could fall asleep after a cup of coffee. It just doesnt help me. I guess its my brain chemistry.
