In sleep we all simulate or actually make the movements the dream suggests. So, in sleep you have to move your legs. Mental activity in sleep is another little understood problem. Negative thoughts often intrude into sleep and need a dream to explain them away. Perhaps your angry outbursts and fear of their consequences caused your dream?
If you are concerned about your anger management, that could have caused yourdreams.
It is best not to take too much notice of your dreams. Dreams are concerned only with the sleep they occur in and should be forgotten or diregarded on waking!
