If the doctors haven't found anything, then I would be inclined to accept that, and just do what you can to try and help keep yourself warm. Magic Gel heat packs can help, the ones where you boil them up then can take them with you and when you snap this clicker thing in them they get hot (
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Magic-Gel-Re.../dp/B000MU4IJ2) . My friend has one in each pocket for her hands. Also things like getting a hot drink and holding it between your hands if you're out and desperate.
With your feet, I go for 2 pairs of socks, a thin one and some ski socks or something like that. I also have tried using those socks that are like tights material under normal socks and it was really good. I then also always wear insulated frost boots (which can come in nice styles too).
My cold feet are due to problems with my thyroid, but I guess your doctor would have checked that.
