HI Drakenyte, I would follow up with primary doctor, maybe you need to see a therapist for the emotional swings. Could mean several different things depending on your history (medical and personal). I think trying to focus on yourself instead of the ex will be a good start. Cant give love and emotions to another till you love yourself. Try to find what triggers your agitation or mood changes. Family and friends are great support they see things we dont in ourselve. Good luck and keep us informed of your progress, we can give support and sometimes just knowing others deal with simular situation help understand our own.
