I have this problem too.

Very cold hands and feet year round, as well as low blood pressure.

I sit on my hands, to warm them. Got a warming and massaging seat cushoin for Christmas, that has come in very handy! My bf also bought some good snow boots for me to wear: by Keen. They insulate my feet and ankles to temperatures to -30 degrees F, which comes in darn handy in Mn!! Different gloves for different temperatures and activities: thin flannel don't help much at all, but I do wear them while driving ~ better able to move my fingers. Thick, insulated gloves when outside for longer periods of time. I also had a pair of suede w/ sheep skin inside ~ those were kind of middle of the road. Easier to move than those thick ones, and much warmer than the flannel, but not warm enough for longer times outside.

Those are my tips. I did review the links above. Interesting ~ particularly the autoimmune dieases, to me anyway. I've had trouble with chronic urticaria (hives) and angioedema a couple times. All of my tests have been "normal" so far, but doctors still can't figure out what's causing my digestive trouble either. If you have that trouble, definitely worth looking into autoimmune tests too!

Best wishes Fresia
