It must be very hard to find compassion and sympathy in someone who shows no facial expressions! I should know because my mom was the same way. She was also the type who did not show any emotion. It's really hard to find what you need emotionally from someone who seems so cold.

I can understand not feeling like you cannot receive the help you need from someone who is so much older than you. I know if I were in your position I would assume they have no idea what it's like in today's world when you are so much younger. But I believe that she may be able to teach you a few things about life that you couldn't learn from someone who is much younger. She has more experience in life, and may give you much better advice than someone else that is younger.

Just try giving her a chance for now. If things don't work out, you can always find someone else. Hang in there.
