Nice thread and apropos for me. Today I minimized contact with an ex (I believe I have an addictive style of relating to him, which has made fully letting go and moving on a challenge), I reached out to three OTHER friends (Facebook, telephone), I came here, I put an event on my calendar (to go do rather than hide out), I posted at the 29gifts site (idea is to give something -anything- away, it doesn't have to be costly, just kind), I focused on "what I would like in a relationship" rather than the sense of loss and rejection - and... I exercised and ate right!
I still "feel" off balance. What is nice is that this is a chance to highlight some of the things I'm doing right rather than focus on the sadness and fear.
