Certainly having a dissociative disorder can make you feel some of the ways you express... someone who didn't know they were DID could think things are hallucinations or delusions. when they are really feelings or thoughts of a part of themself..... but you are posting in the psychotic / schizophrenia forum.. so maybe you already have more detail than we do?

That you feel like you change quickly could be due to many things... but that you realize it is all happening is a good thing!

People who are dissociative don't always have that continuity of "knowing" ... they might have one part of them working on a task that they requires math.. which another part of them does.. and "switch" ... with no knowledge of the switch!

Searching for information is always good... but, as you cautioned, be careful which advice to lean on.. Opinions are good to get us thinking.. but not a good place to stop. Find a therapist you can confide in, and let us know what he/she says about your concerns. TC
