Depression can take so much out of our lives

. You can make yourself do tiny little things, to get some enjoyment in the day. Draw a heart, a cloud, tree, a sunset or sunrise, whatever...just something very simple that you enjoy seeing when you glance at it. Very simple ~ things that a pre-schooler can draw. It can take your mind off the dark for a couple of minutes ~ and that is worth it!
