Pat, If she's just the manager of the establishment then kill the nitwit with kindness.
If she's the owner of it then definetly start now in trying to find a new job. It's not worth staying there. She'll never give you the raises or recognition you deserve.
It sounds to me you're a great worker that any SMART boss would love to have on their staff. Work for someone who's going to appreciate your hard work, ability to play well with others and ability to make customers happy.
