yeah im most definitely dependent of my klons also as with zoloft it says not to quit it cold turkey. these two together control my bp2. ive tried a few bp meds & i hated the side effects & if i was bp1 with bad manic spells i would be on something to help it im just thankful im not on the booze & crack anymore even though i still have thoughts but i just pray also with the taper charts i know they always include valium but with klon seems like they would just gradually reduce it by .25s over time for xanax i can see why but it seems like it would just make it worse cuz to me it seems like valium is stronger this seems dumb
