I have the same problem if I think about eating I feel sick yet I feel sick if I dont eat. I now force myself to eat porriage before going to work it makes me feel nauseus but I have to eat I was only able to keep down a few spoonfuls of yogurt each morning but now i am trying to eat as it make me feel more ill if I dont. I dont have that gnawing feeling in the pit of my stomach so long as I eat something. Its bad enough dealing with depression much less all the other stuff that comes with it. I drink a lot of water but nothing seems to settle my stomach.
