I don't want to stop eating just because of this nausea I'm getting from anxiety. When I try to eat I end up eating very little, and when I can manage to eat a bit more, I feel like I'm going to throw up (and once did) and feel weak.
I intend on seeing a specialist. But until then I need a more immediate way of coping with the nausea so I can eat! The nausea has been appearing randomly as well, but eating and the thought of eating seems to be a main trigger.
I've never been officially diagnosed with anxiety, but I'm 99.99% certain that's what is causing it.
Please help!
