Sometimes I put on music and sing (howl) along, getting so overwhelmed with sad taht I'm more sobbing than singing, I dunnno, it's kinda like trying to sing at my own funeral or something, but it gets me breathing, tears release toxins, and crying releases endorphins. So, though its an emotionally exhausting exersize for me, it brings a kind of cleansing relief.
