This is just the best thread for me right now. Today I exercised and ate right, called friends to break out of hermit mode, being careful to stay more positive than not and even though I feel like I should hide out, called the doc and left a check in note (bp downswing seems to be trying to happen), took meds even though I'd rather not, fed my horses and petted them and the cat, started a blog on reminders of things to do (like track things done right!) - and... it still doesn't feel like "enough" - but I'm still working at it.
