I'd love to see an improved Ignore option:

- the Ignored person can still send you PMs, but they are not visible to you
- the Ignored person can post to threads, but you can't see that they posted anything

I LOVE all of _Sky's ideas, too

In general, I think this is a great, almost ideal site. There isn't much I would do differently if I were to start a new mental health site, but I would add many of her suggestions.
