I pay $3000 a year and then I reach my deductable and it is 100% covered. We choose a high deductable plan every year, it actually is less out of pocket in the long run w/ the monthly insurance rates. My t's clinic gets about $80 per visit but they charge $176/hr. I pay the $76 twice a week so it is a lot per month at the beginning of the year and then nothing at the end. Just the goofy way it works. We flex the whole $3000 each year because we will use it.
