Yes, they have been turned in twice to Childrens Services and get away with it. Their church is big and there are wealthy people in it who stick up for each other no matter what. The home is lovely and new, and my son makes very good money. Obviously, here in our county, the social workers are not well trained to see through the bull %#@&#!!! My son and daughter in law have blamed this children's service thing on one of daughter in laws aunts. They have no idea who turned them in the same as I don't know. So, in turn, her mother, who lives with them, is not allowed phone calls from her sisters, or to visit them. They turn away gifts from her sisters that are delivered to their home, etc. They were also turned in for elderly abuse early this summer, and it just keeps going on and on. The mother has alzheimers, not real bad, but beginning. They have gotten power of attorney, have taken her home and 30 acres (where she was living with her two sisters) are remodeling it, and going to sell the brand new one that they built one year ago. Daughter in law is an only child, told us this summer that she is just ready for her mom to die so they can have it all! I am sick!! If the social workers would really get this child aside and talk to her like they are supposed to do, they would hear plenty!!
