Thank you for your suggestions, I will definitely try some of these techniques.
There doesn't seem to be any obvious trigger aside from eating, the smell of food, and the thought of eating (to a degree I think it may be me getting anxious about potentially feeling sick from eating - a self-fulfilling prophecy of sorts). Though at times I will get the nausea regardless - this doesn't bother me as much though, as I can still continue with most of the things I'd normally do. It's the difficulty eating which has really made this nausea a concern for me.
It's good that you're keep up with it Lilleth, I know exactly where you're coming from. In the morning I tend to feel more sick than usual and it's difficult seeming it's the most important meal of the day. I feel too sick to eat in the morning yet I'll end up feeling a lot worse if I don't. I know it'll be worth the effort though. I'm glad you're making progress!
