What a great idea for a thread! You guys are awesome.
I actually just woke up. But one good thing I did was come here so I could start my day on a good footing instead of insta-sad.
Yesterday I tried to be good, and I think I did well!
I woke up, and 30 minutes later joined a race that was passing my house. I feel really good about that. I used to be in pretty great shape, and that makes me encouraged I can return there.
Then, I went to a health fair and did things that were good for me.
Even though I didn't want to go, I went to my friend's birthday party because I care for her. And I had a good time, too.
Then I made dinner for my whole family and my cousin and her baby and my friend. And it was healthy (ish).
And I didn't drink a beer to go to bed, which I sometimes do. I just came here and quieted my mind in a better way.
