I used to get sick all the time for years and years and yeears atleast 4 times a month and no doctors could actually figure it out (most likely anxiety from childhood crapp).. It's sounds like a psychological thing and i really hope you work through that.. but as far as the nausea now, I always found Sprite or 7 Up to be particularly helpful for the sick feeling before and after..or Ginger tea
