It lifts your spirits almost right away! I hadn't felt any anxiety until I could tell we were pulling into the hospital. In the room, I could really feel like I wanted to jump up and run out and this beautiful creature walks in all sure of himself. Just about then I started thinking that maybe I might just stay. LOL
