granite i'm so sorry ur feeling this way. i've been where u are. what helps is knowing (i know its hard- it feels so real) that this is just a feeling. it is transitory and the thoughts it is causing you (such as that u have no right to exist) are untrue and no matter how real it feels- it is a lie. just hold on to that truth with all ur might.
