Hi Chandler. Yes it all makes sense. Rage, parinoia.... all symptoms that challenge day to day life. The thing is we know the behaviour can be dangerous and certainly distructive and the thinking are incorrect. Maybe not in the moment but otherwise we know it is off. It takes work to figure out how to manage those thoughts and feelings so things don't go that far. It is work that must be done if you want the behaviours to stop. Often we need help to do the work. Therapy can be a good way to learn how to face our anger and fears so we can process them more productive
Have you discusssed any of this with a therapist or a doctor or someone else who is trained to help people to work through this kind of stuff? It might be something to consider.
